The fundamental objective of The Other Space Foundation is to open new space for social and artistic expression. The Foundation implements and runs innovational cultural and artistic projects as well as social projects in the attempt to make real change in Poland and various corners of the world.

 

Up to 2007 the Foundation realized over twenty projects. It is permanently involved in the implementation of such programs as The portal 'Continent Warsaw' - Warsaw of Many Cultures (kontynent.waw.pl), The Tibetan Program (ratujtybet.org), and Transkaukazja Festivals (transkaukazja.pl), ran some major projects such as Childbirth with Dignity - Azerbaijan and Development Assistance for Georgia, conducts a number of actions on behalf of various ethnic minority groups living in Warsaw and realizes some unconventional projects inspired by the history of Warsaw.
